Every year at CYDA, we do a National Youth Education Survey. The survey is for students with disability aged 10 - 25 who are either at school *now* or recently left or finished school.

• The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete.
• It will be open until 30 November.
• Responses are confidential, and we don't ask for any identifying details.

The information you give us in the survey will help us to advocate with government for your rights and needs in the education system.
