A challenge for employers who want to create an inclusive workplace and support their disabled employees is not knowing who they are and what to do if employees don’t disclose their disability.
This workshop is for employers to build confidence in supporting employees who choose to disclose disability, discuss and learn ways to build positive pathways for disclosure in your workplace, and formulate conversations that you can have as an organisation to improve inclusion for everyone.
