The Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability (DRC) handed down its report on the hearing into Experiences of people with disability during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in November 2020.

This report pulls few punches and finds the Australian Government culpable for failures in a number of areas.  However, while noting significant impacts on the education of children and young people with disability, there were no recommendations made to this effect.
