Children and Young People with Disability Australia welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback to the Royal Commission’s consultation paper on Best practice principles in responding to complaints of child sexual abuse in institutional contexts. The paper provides a well-considered discussion of the key considerations for effective complaints processes for child sexual abuse in institutions. This submission focuses on issues of relevance to children with disability.
