Workplace discrimination is far too common for young people with disability. It’s important to know what it looks like, and what you can do when it happens.
Hear from industry experts, young people, and employers, with easy to understand information, tips, and stories to help you learn about Fair Work, reporting and making claims.

Jessica Stubley
Jessica Stubley is an Engagement Officers in the Community Engagement team delivering the Fair Work Ombudsman’s strategic outreach and engagement work to increase awareness and knowledge about workplace rights and obligations across the community. Community engagement work seeks to break down barriers for workplace participants, including for young workers and those with a disability.
Monica Duniam
Monica Duniam is a Team Leader in the Fair Work Commission’s Client Services Delivery Branch. She has worked for the Commission since 2021 providing information and assistance to Commission service users in relation to dismissal, adverse action, bullying, discrimination and harassment.
